The San Francisco to San Jose Draft EIR/EIS evaluates the impacts and benefits of introducing high-speed rail service between San Francisco and San Jose and describes the Authority’s efforts to avoid, minimize, or mitigate project effects.

Two alternatives, along with a no-build option, are evaluated in the document.
